End User Licence Agreement

This agreement governs the FireFetch desktop application (the “Software”). The Terms of Service govern the service and your account; where the two overlap, the Terms of Service prevail.

1. Licensed, not sold

2. What you may do

Subject to your subscription being in good standing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software for your own purposes, personal or commercial.

You may install it on more than one computer that you personally use. The licence is per person, not per machine.

3. What you may not do

Copy the Software except as necessary to install and back it up
Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from it
Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded
Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend or sell it
Remove or alter copyright notices or other proprietary markings
Circumvent or tamper with its licensing mechanisms

4. Updates

Updates we make available are covered by this agreement unless they come with their own terms. We are not obliged to provide updates.

5. Third-party components

The Software includes open-source components licensed by their respective authors. Those components remain subject to their own licences, which are listed in the application's About dialog. Nothing here limits any right you have under an open-source licence.

6. Termination

This licence ends if you breach it, or when your subscription ends. On termination you must stop using the Software and remove it from your machines.

7. No warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind to the extent the law permits, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

The limitations in section 8 of theTerms of Service apply equally to this agreement.
